A bottle of Tormore 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, aged in cream sherry casks, and bottled for Blueprint Cask Program 01. This is one of 1500 bottles. The inaugural bottling in Elixir Distillers' new Blueprint series, this limited release explores a single maturation style—full-term ageing in first-fill Cream Sherry butts—to spotlight the lush, fruit-forward heart of Tormore's spirit. It offers a first taste of the flavour “building blocks” that will shape future Tormore single malts ahead of the distillery's official relaunch in 2026. [2]

Rich raisin brioche, stewed plum and honeycomb drift over vanilla fudge, toasted almond and a hint of orange blossom. Gentle Oak spice with soft sticky dates, clean English leather, demerara fudge, and blueberry jam. [2, 7]
Palate
Silky layers of toffee apple, date syrup and sweet malt glide across the tongue, followed by cinnamon-spiced chocolate, hazelnut praline and a bright lift of candied citrus. Soft Oak spice and yielding dates with vanilla fudge, peaches, and cream. [2, 7]
Finish
Medium-long, warming and gently dry—lingering sherry-soaked fruitcake, mellow oak spice and a final flourish of vanilla-malt sweetness. Soft, light spice and Oak. [2, 7]
