A picturesque malt distillery in Speyside, originally built by American distillers, Schenley, in 1958. The distillery has long associations with blending industry, particularly the Long John brand, however it is today owned by Elixir Distillers which has placed a renew focus on its single malt.

Cardamom and cinnamon sit alongside sugared almond and a little orange, before marmalade, melon and peach come forward with another pinch of baking spice. Stem ginger and creamy caramel give the finish a different, softer edge. That contrast feels focused and engaging rather than crowded.
Marmalade and refreshing melon make this a friendly pick.
