Nose
Rich, invigorating. Both aniseed, herbaceous, lemony, and vanilla, the first nose displays exceptional freshness. Upon aeration, more exotic scents (pineapple), peppery and licorice notes form a second olfactory sequence full of liveliness.
Palate
Lively, expansive. Infused (sage, verbena), the palate's attack is also minty. In the mid-palate, providing a lot of dynamism to the tasting palette, new citrus notes (grapefruit, orange) make their appearance, inevitably echoing the first nose.
Finish
Long, creamy. The beginning of the finish gives the pleasant sensation of chewing on a licorice stick. Then, particularly juicy, the aftertaste reveals a deliciously fruity (Williams pear, russet apple) character. The very end of the palate is nobly spiced (saffron) and malty.
