Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Finish is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky released in 2013. It is named after the 228-litre Burgundy barriques from Chateau de Chassagne Montrachet, in which the whisky underwent a 12-month finishing period after initial maturation in ex-Bourbon casks. The distillery, located in Blackford, Perthshire, has a history dating back to 1488, a year referenced on the bottle's label. This official bottling is known for its distinctive red wine influence.
