Nose
Walnuts, chocolates and a touch of meaty malt. A mixture of nuts, ripened orchard fruits; apple & pear at least and raw oak wood hits the nose first, a deeper sweet heather honey and gristy cereal malted barley arise, Nutella; hazelnut and chocolate spread on white toasted.
Palate
Fruit begins to take hold here, with zesty citrus at the centre of it all. Another touch of milk chocolate.
Finish
Slight grassiness, with a slice of lemon drizzle cake on the side.
