Description

In 1949 William Delme Evans began work converting a brewery into what is now the Tullibardine distillery; and as the Gleneagles Brewery in Blackford had previously been brewing alcohol since 1488, it is one of the oldest sites in Scotland for distilling and brewing. After being silent from 1994 to 2003, Tullibardine is now owned by Picard Vins & Spiritueux, who bought it in 2011. This 30 year old Highland single malt was produced at the Tullibardine distillery and matured in sherry casks before being bottled as The Stillman's Dram in 2000. It is a limited edition distillery bottling.

Nose
Full, fat and fabulously fruity. Slightly unripe pears mingle deliciously with oak and custard. Impressive depth.
Palate

Finish
Pretty long with that intense barley lingering on with a tinge of oak and molassed raisins. Rich and smooth.
