Nose
Espresso beans, subtle salinity, a whiff of melted butter and cocoa. Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate
Raisins, prunes, dried cherries and a drizzle of honey. Cigar box and another helping of espresso. Extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Wonderfully mouthcoating and rich from the outset. Blackberry and cherry jam, dried figs and plenty of milk chocolate with raisin and peanut. A little black coffee around the edges and a touch of umani, before those red apples, come to the fore once more with maple syrup and cinnamon dancing in the mid-palate.
Finish
Softly sweet on the finish with orchard fruit. Rich and smooth. Long and decadent, the chocolate and red apples linger with a touch of malt.
