It is a highly sought-after wheated bourbon, meaning it uses wheat instead of rye in its mash bill, resulting in a smoother, softer style of whiskey. Bottled at 114 proof (57% ABV), the same strength it entered the barrel, this non-chill filtered bourbon retains all the natural oils and flavors developed during distillation and aging. This particular expression is a single barrel selection, with a vintage of 2018 and an age of 7 years, yielding 204 bottles.
