From a 100 year old distillery nestled in the heart of Speyside, this whisky is made from high quality barley and local spring water that feeds the river Spey, then naturally matured in traditional oak casks for a minimum of 10 years. This is a limited edition bottling exclusively for Waitrose. This malt gives a rich golden colour and aroma, which allows for soft and fruity notes, as well as maturation in traditional oak and sherry oak casks. These traditional dunnage warehouses play an important role in the ageing process to ensure the finest quality whisky.
