Description

Ferroni Roof Rye Double Maturation is a 100% French rye whisky, distilled by Distillerie Warenghem in Brittany. It undergoes a double maturation process, initially aging in sherry casks in Brittany's temperate climate. The whisky then completes its maturation with a second aging period of two years in new American oak barrels in Provence, under a tin cellar roof, which imparts rich aromatic intensity due to significant thermal amplitudes.
