- Nose
- Delicate and complex, with vanilla sweetness, red forest fruits, and fragrant floral notes. Hints of almonds, milk chocolate, sugared cereals, nectarines, and beeswax. Also, fresh butter, banana cake, freshly cut parsley and basil, white pepper, acacia honey, and bakery/pastry scents like sesame bread, almond paste, and fresh bread dough. Spicy undertones of cardamom, nutmeg, and vanilla, with subtle roasted coffee notes.
- Palate
- Sweet and oily with a chewy mouthfeel. Flavors of red fruits, port-stewed pears, and pear skin, alongside honey, caramel, and milk chocolate. Rich and rewarding, with bakery/pastry notes, bread crust, pain au chocolat, salted butter, marzipan, and almond pie. Hazelnut cream, roasted almonds, and cherry/chocolate sweets are also present, with a slight bitterness/dryness from walnut oil.
- Finish
- Medium in length, with lingering notes of the palate, slightly grassy, with a classic ashy wisp, good balance of heat, ginger, and singed barley husk. Herbal and vegetal fresh notes like parsley and freshly cut grass.
