Fresh, vibrant. Herbaceous (chlorophyll), medicinal (balm), spicy (clove, nutmeg), and fruity (apple), the first nose is a concentration of Ireland. With aeration, the aromatic palette becomes smooth, honeyed (acacia), and vanilla-like (flan).

Clean, sharp. Malty and tangy (citrus zest), the initial palate reveals smooth flavors of orgeat syrup, green licor ...
Finish
Long, balanced. Both spicy (cinnamon) and roasted (coffee), the start of the finish is a veritable explosion of fresh fruit (pear, apple, ripe grapes, walnuts...). The original aftertaste evokes the atmosphere of a vegetable garden (zucchini, green beans, green tomatoes).
