Description

Waterford Organic Gaia 1.1 is Ireland's first whisky distilled from certified organic Irish barley, part of the Arcadian Series. It is made from organic barley grown by six dedicated farmers, reflecting Waterford's commitment to sustainable production and terroir-driven excellence. The whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill American oak, virgin American oak, French oak, and Vin Doux Naturel casks. It is bottled at 50% ABV without coloring or chill-filtration.
