Waterford Organic Gaia 2.1 is an Irish Single Malt Whisky from the Arcadian Series, known for its focus on terroir and organic farming. Distilled in March 2017 from organic Irish barley harvested in 2016, it was bottled in August 2021 at an age of 4 years.
