Description

Waterford Single Farm Origin Hook Head Edition 1.1 is an Irish single malt whisky distilled at Waterford Distillery using 100% Propino barley harvested in 2015 from Hook Head Farm in County Wexford, grown by Martin Foley. Distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2021 at 50% ABV, it was matured in a combination of first-fill American oak, virgin oak, French oak, and fortified sweet wine casks.
