Description

Waterford Lakefield 1.1 is part of the Single Farm Origin range, showcasing the impact of terroir on whisky flavor. This first edition uses barley grown at Lakefield Farm in Co. Laois, farmed by Seamus Duggan, winner of Waterford's Barley Grower of the Year Trophy for his 2019 crop. The whisky is matured for just over three and a half years in a variety of casks and is bottled at 50% ABV without coloring or chill-filtration.
