Description

Waterford Sheestown Edition 1.2 is a Single Farm Origin Irish single malt whisky produced using 100% Irina barley harvested from Phillip O'Brien's farm in Sheestown, County Kilkenny. Distilled in 2016 and matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon, virgin oak, premium French oak, and Vin Doux Naturel casks, it was bottled in September 2020 at 50% ABV without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
