Waterford The Cuvée 1.1 is a single malt Irish whisky from Waterford Distillery, a blend of 25 Single Farm Origin malts. Aged for 4 years, it matured in a variety of casks including first-fill bourbon, virgin American oak, French oak, and ex-Vin Doux Naturel. This limited edition of 40,000 bottles was bottled in July 2021 at 50% ABV.
