Description

West Cork IPA Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of 75% grain and 25% malt whiskey, triple distilled in copper pot stills. It is initially aged for four years in first-fill bourbon casks, and then finished for an additional 6 months in casks that previously held Black's of Kinsale IPA beer.
