West Cork 10 Year Old Irish Single Malt is a premium expression from West Cork Distillers, aged for a minimum of 10 years. It is crafted with 100% Irish malted barley and natural spring water, then triple distilled and matured in first-fill bourbon barrels. The distillery, founded in 2003, is located in Skibbereen, West Cork, and is known for handcrafting much of its distilling equipment. This whiskey is celebrated for its smooth, delicate, and approachable character, showcasing a balance of fruit, malt, and vanilla notes.
