Description

This bottling was one of the Inaugural releases launched in 2025, and as the name suggests, it has been matured in a single Bourbon Quarter Cask. It was produced using Plumage Archer barley, then fermented with a Hornindal yeast, and filled to cask in 2022. The cask yielded 131 individually numbered bottles, all captured at 53.8% abv. This is the first ever single malt whisky produced and released from the West Midlands Distillery.
