Westland American Single Malt is a flagship expression from Westland Distillery in Seattle, Washington. It is crafted from 100% malted barley, utilizing a unique five-malt mash bill, and fermented with Belgian brewer's yeast. The whiskey is matured predominantly in new American oak casks, reflecting a distinctly Pacific Northwest character. It is non-chill filtered and has no coloring added. Westland aims to create a single malt that reflects its terroir and challenges traditional whisky-making norms.
