Westland Sherry Wood American Single Malt Whiskey is a distinguished expression from Seattle's Westland Distillery, embodying the artistry of American whiskey-making combined with traditional sherry cask maturation. It is crafted from a carefully selected five-malt barley bill and fermented with Belgian brewer's yeast. It is aged in a combination of ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, as well as new American oak barrels.
