The Whistler Single Cask Series is the showcase of the finest Single Malt Irish Whiskey from our warehouses. This hand selected single cask of The Whistler Irish Whiskey was initially matured for 10-years in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished for 21-months in a Plantation Barbados Rum cask. The result of this dual process yields sweet molasses and brown sugar aromas with a light maltiness and a touch of oak on the finish.
