Description

The Whistler Imperial Stout Cask Finish Batch 003 is a collaboration between Boann Distillery and Lough Gill Brewing Co. It features a blend of Irish wheat, malt, and grain whiskeys, initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels. These whiskeys are then finished in sherry casks that were previously seasoned with Imperial Stout from Lough Gill Brewing Co., imparting rich, chocolatey malt tones, roasted coffee, dried fruits, and cocoa nibs.
