A limited-edition English single malt from White Peak Distillery, initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Necessary Evil imperial stout casks from Thornbridge Brewery. The stout casks previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry, adding dark-fruit, chocolate and coffee complexity.
