Stewed plums, figs, salted caramel, orange peel, lemon shortbread, aromatic smoke, caramel, crème brûlée, pepper, nuts (walnut), dark chocolate praline, sea salt, hint of orange peel, minerality, plums, saltwater taffy, lime, sweet, honeyed, spicy, fruity.
Finish
Not very long, warm, peppery, caramel, touch of smoke, hint of peach tea, rich and smoky-sweet, lingering, cedar, soft fudge, sweet and subtle with red fruit and a nice edge of dark coffee, faintly ashy oakiness.
