Description
Founded in 1882 by Charles Mackay and James Whyte, the company's first blended whisky was Whyte & Mackay Special and proved hugely popular in the UK and other English-speaking countries worldwide. Over the years, Whyte & Mackay have either taken over or merged with the owners of several distilleries including Dalmore, Fettercairn and Tomintoul, and later, their own grain distillery; Invergordon. This 10 Year Old blend was bottled to mark the 10th Anniversary of Emperador purchasing Whyte and Mackay on the 31st of October 2024. The bottling consists of whiskies from the Whyte & Mackay stable - Jura, Fettercairn, Tamnavulin, Dalmore & Invergordon.
