Deep and mellow. Barley sugar, toffee, marzipan, pineapple, melon, tutti-frutti, sherbet, leather, straw, and tobacco leaf. Hints of red dry wine, sherry, raisins, figs, fresh apples, pears, floral notes, vanilla, and smoke.
Palate
Succulent, fruity, sweet, and smooth. Fruit-dominated with malt and a light note of non-peaty smoke. Strong yet gentle, with vanilla, honey, and toffee. Oily, silky soft, and sweet, with a touch of liquorice.
Finish
Toffee apple with hints of tobacco and clove. Medium to long, with some toasted oak that can be slightly bitter.
