Widow Jane 'Baby Jane' Heirloom Corn Bourbon is a small-batch, hand-assembled blend of straight bourbons distilled at Widow Jane's home in Red Hook, Brooklyn, and in Kentucky. It is made using Widow Jane's proprietary "Baby Jane" heirloom corn, a hybrid of Bloody Butcher and Wapsie Valley corns. The whiskey is non-chill filtered and proofed with mineral water from the Rosendale Mines of New York. It is bottled at 45.5% ABV.
