Wild Turkey Bourbon, originally crafted by Eddie Russell as 'Wild Turkey 81', is aged in American White Oak barrels with a deep No. 4 'alligator' char. It offers notes of sweet vanilla, pear, and hints of spice, finishing with a full and rich flavor, suitable for enjoying straight or in cocktails. It was introduced in 2011, replacing the 80 proof version.
