Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit is a single barrel bourbon, introduced as the second widely produced single barrel bourbon to counter the success of Blanton's. Each barrel is hand-selected at the peak of maturity and bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV). The barrel number, date, and warehouse number are often handwritten on each neck label, allowing connoisseurs to trace its history. It is known for its rich aroma of robust spices, vanilla, caramel, and subtle oak notes, with a balanced palate of sweet intensity and spicy depth.
