Nose
Rich, pulpy. Expressive, the aromatic palette first reveals concentrated notes of candied lemon, exotic fruits (banana, pineapple), wildflower honey, and vanilla. It then moves towards more heady (broom, mimosa) and peppery territories.
Palate
Both lively and creamy. Energized by the presence of citrus, the mouthfeel is simultaneously creamy and vanilla-like. Next, flavors of mirabelle and fresh walnuts, along with herbal notes (cut hay), create the perfect harmony.
Finish
Long and silky. Juicy (white grape, candied pear), the finish has a very delicate grainy texture. Indulgent (flan), it also invites you to chew on a stick of licorice. The retro-nasal olfaction is refreshingly minty and cereal-like (rye).
