- Nose
- Deep, rich, dense sweet notes of butterscotch, caramel, baked cherries, and brown sugar, with baking spices, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla cream. Also, honey, licorice, fennel, plum, pineapple, green grape, and a hint of mint, with some tobacco, light rye, and cut grass.
- Palate
- Caramel and brown sugar, deep, dense, and rich, with a smooth, minty herbaceousness and oily char. Very rye-forward with notes of plum, licorice, fennel, caraway seed, cherry, roasted oak, eucalyptus, pineapple, green grape, cinnamon, grass, and pine. Hot and spicy with cinnamon, wood char, syrupy black cherries, vanilla, black pepper, and burnt sugar.
- Finish
- Brown sugar and cherry bakewells, with eucalyptus and mint, leading to a long, warm finish. Lingering notes of oily charred meat, cherry twizzler liquorice, honey, licorice, plum, apricot, roasted oak, earthy pumpernickel, cinnamon, dried grass, and ginger. Oak and a bit of smoke, then drier and spicier with cinnamon, ginger, anise, and caramel.
