Willett 4 Years Old Straight Rye Whiskey Small Batch 110.4 Proof is a small batch release of straight rye whiskey from the Willett Distillery. The whiskey aged in hand-selected white oak barrels for 4 years, and was bottled by hand at a cask strength of 110.4 proof. The Willett family has been in the whiskey business since the 19th century, establishing their distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky in 1936. After a period of producing ethanol and sourcing whiskey, the distillery was renovated in the early 2010s and began distilling its own whiskey again.
