This Willett Family Estate Single Barrel Bourbon is an Australian exclusive, bottled for Cerbaco. Aged for 11 years in a hand-selected white oak barrel, it is bottled at cask strength (135 Proof / 67.5% ABV) from barrel #3052. Made with a mash bill of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley, this is an un-chill filtered, barrel proof, straight Bourbon Whiskey known for its unusual depth and complexity. Only 129 bottles were released from this single barrel.
