Nose
Fragrant scents of caramel corn, new leather, plums, light toffee and pipe tobacco. Sugary wheated bourbon sweetness, lightly wooded caramel cake batter with a little wheat spice zip. Black licorice, sweet wheat, vanilla, candied yams, rich marshmallows, confectionery sugar, worn leather, nuts, nutmeg, mint, clove, perfect oak balance, burnt brown sugar.
Palate
Marshmallow, salted almonds, nougat, figs and dates. Wood sweets and fruits, like a honey caramel covered apple. Dark red and maraschino cherries with vanilla, plum, and honey. Extremely sweet and full of lighter fruit notes.
Finish
Smooth, composed and flavorfully sweet. Coats the mouth with honey/cherry/vanilla taste and a mild heat. Doesn't last long for some, others find it goes on for quite a while.
