Description

Wire Works Whisky from White Peak Distillery is Derbyshire's very first Single Malt. This Amontillado Sherry release is a dual maturation of their lightly-peated spirit, initially matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in fresh sherry quarter casks.
