Aromas of figs and apricots mix with soft oak tones. Oloroso sherry warmth comes gently to the fore.
Palate
Honey-laced porridge meets stewed apples and sultanas. A touch of heat with soft oak spices (cinnamon, cloves and ginger), overlaid by a wonderful sweetness.
Finish
Dried fruit and caramel flavours remain to the end, neatly overlaid with hints of lingering oak smoke.
