Nose
Treacle and coffee notes lead the way, accompanied by subtle tones of cherry and dried spice. A heady aroma, full of promise.
Palate
Hazelnut, almonds and cloves are all present, wonderfully overlaid with soft peat smoke. The tannins are subtle, allowing the palate to develop beautifully.
Finish
Treacle sweetness remains present until the end accompanied by hints of spice. A trace of peat smoke continues to linger when all else is gone.
