Well done cinnamon raisin oatmeal cookie dusted with cocoa, dark chocolate shavings and drizzled with dark molasses; toasted caramel, light vanilla, charred oak, light syrup, baking spice.
Palate
Sharp spice notes of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg merge with citrus and a very dark chocolate character; syrup soaked raisins, oat bites, baking spice, light leather, heavy baking flavors; tannic oak, char, dry cocoa, dark fruit, vanilla cherry coke, oat.
Finish
Dry with a chocolate bitters hint; dry oak, dry oats, dry leather, cinnamon stick spice, dry & lingering; medium oak, char, cocoa and fruit; short, unpleasant clove spice, almost black licorice.
