Description
For the tenth edition of Woodford Reserve's Master's Collection, this bourbon uses white corn rather than standard yellow corn, inspired by the work of master distiller James Crow and distilling pioneer Oscar Pepper, who were making whiskey on the Woodford Reserve site in the early 1800s. This results in a lighter style of spirit with a fruit-forward flavor profile. [5, 6, 12, 15]
