Woven is a blending studio located in Leith, aiming to make blended whisky more human and experimental through creativity, community, collaboration, and discovery. They source whiskies globally, treating them equally in their blending process. Experience N.2 is a bright and wild blended whisky, offering a spicy, invigorating balance of pepper, dried fruit, ripe citrus, and baking spice. It features a complex Campbeltown dram, well-aged Highland and Lowland grain whisky, and a hint of sherried Islay malt, married for over 100 days in a 30-year-old ex-Cognac cask.

Palate
Light bodied, very well-integrated malt and grain, poached apple and pear notes with custard, pie crust, whipped cream, coconut ice, milk chocolate, hint of florality, layers of vanilla, honey, rich malt sweetness.
Finish
Short and sweet, ends on vanilla biscuit, long and smooth with lingering oak and spice.
