Description

The oldest single malt whisky distillery in Japan, founded in 1923 by Shinjirō Torii. It is still owned by his company today, now known as Suntory, and its single malt which was bottled for the first time in 1984 is hugely sought-after. It also provides fillings for blends such as Hibiki. This particular release is a Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky bottled in 2004 to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Arima.
