This Yamazaki Mizunara is a Japanese single malt whisky, famous for its maturation in Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks. Mizunara oak imparts unique characteristics such as sandalwood, incense, and other notes. The Yamazaki distillery, founded in 1923, is Japan's oldest malt whisky distillery and is owned by Suntory.
