The Yamazaki 1996 Owner's Cask Sherry Butt #AX is a single malt whisky from Japan's oldest single malt distillery, Yamazaki, founded in 1923 by Shinjirō Torii. This expression is part of the highly sought-after Owner's Cask program, which allowed private investors to purchase individual casks. This particular release was distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2011 from a single sherry butt.
