Description

A rare official bottling from Sasanokawa Shuzo, released in 2015. This 'Pure Malt' (blended malt) is composed of whiskies aged for 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels, then rested in tanks, and finally finished in a combination of wine and fresh bourbon casks. Although the label states 15 years, the producer notes that some components are aged over 20 years. Limited to 2,400 bottles.
