Palate
Slightly sweet spearmint with mild pepper and maple, refreshing menthol alongside a touch of peppery heat, runny honey, red apple skin, a pinch of tobacco, sweet and spicy balance, tropical fruits, and hints of green herbs.
Finish
Medium finish with less pepper than other rye whiskeys, gentle fragrant spice, a hint of oak, fairly peppery, more perfume, some grapefruit, and oaky bitterness.
