Description

Building on a rich and tradition dating to 1805, comes the inspiration for the Spot Whiskey range. This Single Cask release was distilled at Midleton Distillery and matured in Bourbon barrels before being recasked into a Malaga cask for a further 12 months. This unique maturation process has created a whiskey with a distinctive flavour profile, showcasing the influence of the Malaga cask. Bottled natural, non chill filtered & bottled by Mitchell & Son.
