Nikka Yoichi Bourbon Wood Finish is a limited edition single malt Japanese whisky, released in 2018. It is matured in refill casks before being finished for a year in first-fill bourbon casks. Yoichi whiskies are known for their robust, peaty character and subtle smokiness, a result of traditional practices such as direct coal-fired distillation.
